In Vectric software, the error message “The result of the operation was empty” indicates that the software could not generate a result from the operation. This is most often caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided to the software.
In this example, we are using the Weld tools with open vectors. For the Weld tools to function correctly, the vectors must be closed and overlapping. If these conditions are not met, the operation will fail and produce this error message.
