The “Cannot Keep Overlap Weld” message in Vectric appears when the Weld Vectors tool cannot merge the selected vectors while preserving overlapping areas. This usually happens due to vector geometry problems, such as self-intersecting lines, open or duplicate vectors, or overly complex shapes.
